We are looking for a responsible, analytical, and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our growing finance team.

As an Account Executive, you will play an important role in managing financial records, supporting daily accounting operations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting while working closely with internal departments and clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and financial documents.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
Perform account reconciliations and ensure financial data accuracy.
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Liaise with clients regarding billing, payments, and account-related inquiries.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and financial records.
Assist auditors, tax agents, and management with required financial documentation.
Work closely with the finance team to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.
Perform any other accounting or administrative duties assigned by management.
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Must be proficient in AutoCount Accounting Software
Candidates with at least 2 years of accounting or accounts executive/clerk experience will have an added advantage.
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
Basic knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsible, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential financial information.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
