• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Manage petty cash transactions for the KL, Kulim, and site offices.
• Monitor and track supplier invoices.
• Monitor and track customer invoices.
• Prepare purchase orders for projects.
• Reconcile project payments with receipts and investigate variances.
• Assist with mid-year and year-end audits.
