Job summary

Total Group Berhad, based in Bayan Lepas, Penang, is seeking a motivated junior accounting professional to handle AR/AP aging, full set of accounts, and expense claims. The role requires independent work, strong MS Office skills, and Mandarin language ability for Mandarin-speaking clients.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and active ACCA/CPA pursuit. Familiarity with SQL Accounting is an advantage in daily operations and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.

• Knowledge of SQL Accounting is an advantage.
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform AR & AP aging and reconciliation.
• Handle full set of accounts.
• Manage staff expenses claim and proper account coding.
• Maintain accounting records and filing.
• Day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Assist in preparation audit and tax process.

Perform Account Receivable & Account Payable aging and reconciliation

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and/or currently pursuing professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
