CAPITAL TEMASEK SDN. BHD. in Batu Pahat, Johor, is seeking an Account Executive/ Credit Control to support the bookkeeping and accounting functions. The role requires Mandarin proficiency and experience with full-set accounts, UBS System, and strong attention to accuracy.

You will prepare monthly statements, reconcile accounts, and assist with tax filing while ensuring compliance with evolving accounting regulations. Collaboration within a dynamic team is essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Speak Mandarin in daily operations.
• Manage full-set accounts, invoices, expenses and payroll.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts and other financial accounts.
• Assist with tax preparation and filing.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices.
• Credit control knowledge is a plus.

About the role

This full-time Account Executive/ Credit Control role at CAPITAL TEMASEK SDN. BHD. in Batu Pahat Johor offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing accounting team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality bookkeeping and accounting support to the company.

What you'll be doing

• Able to speak Mandarin.
• Experience in full-set account.
• Knowledge of UBS System.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including processing invoices, expenses, and payroll.
• Preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
• Reconciling bank accounts and other financial accounts.
• Assisting with tax preparation and filing.
• Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practice.
• or Knowledge of Credit control
