Job summary

MED RESOURCES SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Accounts cum HR professional to join our growing healthcare and wellness group.

You will manage daily accounting activities, payroll support, HR administration and stock records, collaborating with clinics and operations teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will also liaise with suppliers, banks and auditors, while supporting recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, HR or related field.
• Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace and accounting software.
• Experience with stock management, payroll coordination and HR processes is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting including AP/AR, payments, reimbursements, invoices, bank reconciliation and monthly close.
• Oversee stock movement, balances, discrepancies and documentation with clinic/operations teams.
• Calculate and verify monthly commissions, claims and adjustments before payroll and management approval.
• Liaise with suppliers, banks, auditors and internal departments.
• Manage recruitment, employee records, attendance, leave, payroll support, onboarding, confirmation and offboarding.
• Prepare HR letters, memos, disciplinary documents and support HR policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting, including AP/AR, payments, reimbursements, invoices, bank reconciliation, monthly closing and basic financial reporting.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounts, HR or an Account cum HR role.
• Experience in stock management, commission calculation and payroll coordination is required.
• Familiar with statutory contributions and Malaysian employment practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, accounting software and AutoCount.
