Job summary

MY Clinic is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage the full set of accounts and produce timely financial statements. The role involves AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations, with responsibilities spanning cash flow monitoring, costing, and financial analysis.

You will prepare monthly management accounts, support annual audits, and ensure statutory reporting compliance. A diploma/bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 2–5 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in an audit firm, law firm, or corporate finance environment is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and costing reports.
• Monitor cash flow, costs, profitability, and maintain proper accounting records.
• Process payments, supplier invoices, and staff claims.
• Prepare and submit SST, withholding tax, and other statutory reports where applicable.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary, and government authorities.
• Assist in annual audit, tax filing, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections where applicable.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assist management with financial analysis, reporting, and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
