EIGHTIIN FASHION SDN. BHD. is seeking an Account cum HR Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations and HR functions in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities include full sets of accounts, payroll processing, statutory contributions, and employee relations to align administrative, financial, and HR policies. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s in accounting/finance/HRM/BA with 2–3 years’ combined accounting and HR experience, and proficiency in MS Excel and common accounting

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience handling combined accounting and HR functions, SME experience advantageous.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and local statutory/tax regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software (SQL, UBS, Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Excel; familiarity with payroll processes and labor law.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, AR/AP/GL, and cash flow management.
• Process payroll accurately and manage statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Draft job descriptions, post vacancies, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and issue offer letters.
• Onboard new hires, offboard, and maintain confidential employee records.

We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Account cum HR Executive to manage our day-to-day financial operations and human resource functions. The ideal candidate will handle full sets of accounts, payroll processing, statutory contributions, and employee relations, ensuring seamless alignment between administrative, financial, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities

Position Summary

We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Account cum HR Executive to manage our day-to-day financial operations and human resource functions. The ideal candidate will handle full sets of accounts, payroll processing, statutory contributions, and employee relations, ensuring seamless alignment between administrative, financial, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Finance Duties

• Full Sets of Accounts: Handle daily bookkeeping, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), general ledger (GL), and cash flow management.

• Invoicing & Billing: Issue invoices, track payments, follow up on outstanding collections, and reconcile vendor statements.

• Month-End Closing: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.

• Audit & Tax: Prepare schedules, reports, and documentation for yearly statutory audits, tax filings, and corporate compliance.

• Expense Management: Verify employee claims, petty cash, and corporate expenses in accordance with company policies.

2. Human Resources & Administration Duties

• Payroll & Statutory Compliance: Process monthly payroll accurately and handle statutory contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/tax submissions) on a timely basis.

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.

• Onboarding & Offboarding: Conduct employee orientation, manage new hire paperwork, and handle exit interviews and clearance procedures.

• HR Documentation: Maintain confidential employee records, manage leave tracking, attendance monitoring, and update employment contracts or handbooks.

• Employee Relations & Training: Assist in coordinating staff training programs, performance appraisal cycles, and addressing employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.

• Office Administration: Manage general administrative duties, office supplies inventory, and liaise with vendors/building management when necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience handling combined accounting and HR functions (experience in an SME environment is a strong advantage).

• Skills & Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and local statutory/tax regulations.

  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, Xero, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency is essential).

  • Familiarity with local labor laws, employment acts, and payroll processes.

  • Ability to multitask and meet tight reporting deadlines.

  • Candidates must be able to speak Mandarin.
