Job summary

SF Techlogis SDN BHD invites an Accounts Payable Clerk to support timely closing of monthly and yearly management accounts. Responsibilities include collecting delivery orders and invoices, verifying prices, processing supplier invoices, ensuring timely payments, maintaining filing, and data entry into the accounting system.

The role requires meticulous record-keeping and collaboration with internal teams, with opportunities to contribute to a growing online logistics platform in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Collect delivery orders and invoices from transporters and ensure submission on time
• Verify price accuracy in supplier invoices and liaise with Operations/Transporters as needed
• Process Accounts Payable in line with company policies and procedures
• Record supplier invoices into the accounting system and monitor outstanding payments
• Maintain daily documentation and filing for traceability
• Scan and rename documents into the company server
• Enter key data into the accounting system
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job description

To assist in ensuring timely closing of monthly and yearly management accounts;

Responsible for collecting delivery order and invoice from transporters, and ensure transporter submit on time;

Responsible in verify the accuracy of the price in supplier invoice, if the price is inaccurate, liaise with Operation Department/Transporter to confirm the price; min shi

Responsible in Accounts Payable process and ensure payment is in line with company policies & procedures;

Responsible for record supplier invoice into system and ensure that outstanding payment to vendor or supplier were done in time;

Handling daily documentation and proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner;

Scan & rename all the documentation file name into company server

Key data into the company accounting system;

Assist any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
