Job summary

Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Puchong. The Account Executive will manage and grow company accounts by providing responsive support, handling inquiries, and preparing purchase order for business. The role involves coordinating with internal operations teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate documentation, and smooth execution of shipments. Daily activities include updating internal systems, preparing accounting reports, assisting with collections, and supporting business development initiatives to expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in AP, AR and GL.
• Strong ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain processes; familiarity with shipping documentation and incoterms is an advantage.
• Competence in using digital tools and office software (e.g., Cargowise, microsoft office) for reporting and documentation.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with operations and finance teams, while taking ownership of assigned accounts.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Prior experience in account management, or logistics-related roles is beneficial.
