Job summary

ZALORA Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Associate Manager to accelerate growth for the Accessories category. You will lead and grow the accessories marketplace by acquiring brands, optimizing assortment, managing supplier partnerships, and leading a team of account managers.

You will translate brand expectations into marketplace success, delivering commercial growth, margin expansion, and a premium customer experience in Southeast Asia's leading fashion e-commerce platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in key account management or supplier management in fashion or online marketplace retail.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience setting commercial terms to drive margins.
• Analytical proficiency with sales, inventory and margin reports.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute category strategy and assortment for accessories, driving revenue and margins.
• Identify, pitch and onboard brands for marketplace models with favorable terms.
• Manage relationships with strategic suppliers and conduct business reviews.
• Monitor sales, margin, sell-through, inventory days and returns; adjust pricing and assortment.
• Collaborate with Marketing to design campaigns and drive ROI.
• Analyze competitor activity and market trends to keep a differentiated assortment.
• Lead and coach a small team of account managers across cross-functional functions.
