Job summary

ZALORA Malaysia is seeking an Associate Manager in Kuala Lumpur to drive growth in the Fashion Apparel category. You will lead an Account Management team, build strong relationships with key brands, and translate market insights into commercial actions.

Hybrid work arrangement in Kuala Lumpur supports flexible collaboration. Requirements include 4–5 years in e-commerce or related fields, a Bachelor's degree in Business (or related), and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Finance, or related field.
• Leadership or people-management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of the fashion industry and Southeast Asian markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive category growth through market analysis, opportunity identification, and well-executed commercial initiatives.
• Lead a team of Account Managers to build and strengthen relationships with key accounts via joint business planning, target setting, and promotions.
• Ensure strong marketplace health by focusing on brand/seller mix, assortment, pricing, and overall performance.
• Monitor inventory, campaigns, and commercial plans to maximize sales opportunities across peak periods.
• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly business reports for senior management visibility.
• Use data and insights to propose actions, support decision-making, and pilot new initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational and commercial issues and support growth.
