Job summary

ZALORA is seeking a results-driven Key Account Executive – Accessories to manage and grow strategic retailer and distributor relationships from our Kuala Lumpur office. You will own day-to-day account management, drive commercial performance, and partner cross-functionally to execute brand-building activations that increase sales and market share in the beauty category.

Qualifications

1–2 years of work experience.
Excellent English skills are required.
Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
Exposure in e-commerce and luxury industry is preferred.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
Willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
Analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Onboard and build relationships with new brands and suppliers as the go-to person for ZALORA needs.
Monitor and drive growth of brands with strategic plans and forecasting.
Lead initial commercial performance with strong customer relationship ownership and negotiation.
Co-create brand direction and test initiatives to grow accounts and category.
Coordinate with brands and Marketing to align campaigns with ZALORA calendar.
Improve operational aspects impacting customer experience.
Review catalogs to ensure content meets ZALORA guidelines.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly business reports for brand performance.
