Info-Tech Systems Integrators (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Admin (Academy) to back our academy sales operations. You will manage inquiries, generate leads, coordinate activities, and handle admin tasks to support the Business Development team.

The role requires Diploma or Degree, strong multilingual communication (English, Chinese, BM), and experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales, with add-on AI/CRM skills a plus. Office in Kuala Lumpur, 9:00AM-6:00PM.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Chinese, BM.
• Proven experience in B2B lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales.
• Proven experience in admin tasks.
• Good relationship building and networking with clients.
• Strong AI tools, AI knowledge, CRM will be add advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel to Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities.
• Generate leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach and canvassing.
• Qualify leads and arrange appointments with prospective clients.
• Respond to enquiries and provide information on training programmes and services.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, issue invoices, and maintain sales records.
• Compile monthly sales reports and related documentation.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for quotations, orders, and training arrangements.
• Maintain customer information and activities in the CRM system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
