Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT/Networking/Cybersecurity.
• 1–2 years in a cybersecurity or SOC/NOC role.
• Basic understanding of SOC operations, SIEM, and incident handling.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, firewall, VPN.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network, infrastructure, server, and security alerts using monitoring and SIEM platforms.
• Perform initial alert triage, event correlation, and basic incident investigation.
• Identify service disruptions and security incidents.
• Escalate incidents to relevant teams based on procedures and SLAs.
• Monitor health and availability of devices and endpoints.
• Create, update, and maintain incident tickets and reports.
• Follow SOPs and escalation matrices; support 24/7 shift operations.
• Assist in continuous improvement of monitoring and alerting processes.
