Overview
Senior Content Manager (Bilingual – Spanish and English)
Location: This position will be hired in Mexico, and will work 100% remotely for the United States
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals, audience personas, and market trends. Continuously optimize strategies based on performance metrics.
Inbound Marketing Implementation: Incorporate inbound marketing methodologies into content strategies to attract, engage, and nurture leads throughout the customer journey. Utilize tactics such as lead nurturing, and content personalization to drive organic traffic and conversions.
Content Creation: Lead the creation of high-quality content in English across multiple formats including articles, blog posts, brochures, videos, and more, especially but not limited to B2B audiences. Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and style across content.
Support SEO Optimization: Collaborate with the SEO Manager to lead SEO efforts aimed at improving search engine rankings, increasing organic traffic, and enhancing online visibility.
Content Distribution: Develop and execute content distribution plans to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion. Utilize channels such as social media, email marketing, and partnerships to amplify content visibility and drive traffic among B2B decision-makers.
Content Calendar Management: Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content assets. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align content release schedules with product launches, campaigns, and events.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Use data insights to evaluate content effectiveness and inform strategic optimizations.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, and other departments to integrate content initiatives into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives. Ensure alignment with overall brand messaging and business objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
Proficiency in the English language: Level C2 Essential

Fluency in English (written and verbal)
5 years of experience in content production, and Inbound Marketing
Knowledge of best practices in SEO
Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and strategies, particularly within the B2B sector
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high quality in content creation and delivery
Experience with content management systems, marketing automation tools as HubSpot or Marketing Cloud, and analytics platforms
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
