We’re looking for a Senior Sales Specialist (Hunter + Farming) with proven experience selling IT and AI nearshore services — specifically staff augmentation and managed teams
This is a full-cycle, individual-contributor role. You’ll be responsible for building your own pipeline, generating new logos, and expanding existing accounts, with no inbound or marketing lead support.
The ideal candidate combines true hunter drive, strong consultative sales skills, and the discipline to manage forecasting, reporting, and consistent delivery of revenue targets.
Remote from any LATAM country. Collaboration aligned with CST ±2 hours for interaction with U.S. clients.
All communication, documentation, and client interaction will be in English.
