- Diploma de preparatoria o equivalente, preferida licenciatura.
- Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente es un plus.
- Bilingüe en inglés y español, fluido verbal y escrito.
Responsibilities
- Procesar pedidos y consultas de clientes en un centro de llamadas colaborativo.
- Comunicarse con los clientes por teléfono, correo electrónico y chat.
- Ayudar a los clientes a navegar por el sitio web y pedidos en línea.

Position Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
- Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.
- Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
- Become a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degreepreferred.
- Prior customer service experience isa plus, but we’ll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
