Résumé du poste
A financial services company in Puebla is seeking an IT professional with SAP Basis knowledge to provide support and maintain system integrity. Responsibilities include trouble ticket handling, documentation, and reporting. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in IT and has experience with SAP Transaction codes, as well as solid communication skills in English. This is a permanent, full-time role with rotating shifts.
Qualifications
- Proficient in multitasking and following processes.
- Ability to work under medium-level stress.
- Self-motivated and self-taught.
Responsabilités
- Handle tickets and provide 2nd level support for SAP issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Perform Health Checks on systems.
- Generate systems reports and maintain documentation.
- Engage in communication and follow-up with customers.
