Process Analyst

We are now looking for a full-time, Process Analyst to join our RELEX family in Mexico. The Process Analyst plays a supporting role within the SMO, primarily focused on gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data to enable informed decision-making. This role supports process owners and specialists by identifying trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities through data-driven insights. The Analyst also contributes to documentation, reporting, and the preparation of materials used in service management processes.

Our Customer Operations team partners with customers and support their diverse needs. Throughout the sales experience, they develop and deliver projects, optimize how our solution is used and ultimately keep our customers happy and help them achieve their goals. What you will be doing:
  • Process Analysis & Evaluation
    • Analyze process performance using KPIs, SLAs, and operational data.
    • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
    • Support root cause analysis and trend identification for recurring issues.
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track process health.
    • Present findings and recommendations to Process Owners and leadership.
    • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms.
  • Process Documentation & Support
    • Assist in documenting process workflows, procedures, and policies.
    • Support process audits and compliance reviews.
    • Provide operational support to ensure consistent process execution.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Participate in process improvement initiatives and workshops.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes and measure impact.
    • Contribute to automation and digital transformation efforts.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work closely with service delivery teams, tool administrators, and business units.
    • Act as a liaison between technical teams and process governance.
    • Support training and awareness efforts related to process changes.
What you'll bring to the table:
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and ITSM processes.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Experience:
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience in service delivery, operations, or process improvement roles.
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
