Descripción
- Lead transformational initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen process controls.
- Conduct diagnostics, develop proposals, and deploy Lean tools to drive impact.
- Facilitate Kaizen events, 5S, Layered Process Audits, Standard Work and other Lean initiatives.
- Build and deliver training programs to develop internal CI capabilities.
- Define and track KPIs, presenting results and improvement projects to corporate stakeholders.
- Promote a environment of accountability, structure, and innovation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally in NPI and transfer projects
Perfil buscado
- Industrial or Electromechanical Engineering (Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA a plus).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence
- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt required
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Strong analytic skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams within the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of process engineering and operational optimization techniques.
- Advanced English (written and spoken, able to present at corporate level).
- Strong influencing and communication skills, with proven ability to engage teams and challenge the status quo.
- Strategic and structured thinker, hands-on, with the maturity to build trust in a long-standing and consolidated team.
