A leading mobility technology platform is seeking a Senior HRBP Manager in Mexico City to partner with business teams on people objectives, drive organization design, and enhance talent strategies. Candidates should have over 8 years of HR experience, preferably in a diverse environment, and possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. As a Senior HRBP, you'll work closely with business teams and given the complex nature of business function setup, our HRBP work is dynamic and challenging with loads of opportunities to unleash your HR practice excellence and business thought partnership.
We work with business stakeholders of all levels to deliver work across Organization, Talent, and Culture pillars. As HRBP, you're more than executing People Cycle. You'll take ownership in driving organization structure & resource planning, talent pipeline construction, talent learning & development, C&B strategy and implementation, change management, and team engagement and culture - alongside our close partners in HR COE teams.
