Job summary

PayJoy in Mexico City is seeking a Zoho CRM Analyst to administer, optimize, and continuously improve our Zoho CRM ecosystem so sales, marketing, and customer success teams work with clean data, efficient workflows, and actionable insights.

You will configure modules, automations, dashboards, and reports, partner with business stakeholders, ensure data governance, and support integrations across Zoho and third-party tools to drive pipeline growth.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience administering and configuring Zoho CRM.
Understanding of end-to-end sales and marketing processes and CRM data models.
Ability to design dashboards and reports for multiple stakeholders.
Experience with Zoho One suite and integrations with other tools.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the CRM platform — users, roles, profiles, layouts, modules, fields, and permissions.
Design and maintain automations (workflows, blueprints, rules) and integrations across the Zoho suite.
Safeguard data quality and governance across the pipeline.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Zoho CRM/Analytics for visibility into pipeline health.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and train end users on new features.
Support integrations and data flows between Zoho CRM and other tools, coordinating with IT or vendors.
