PayJoy, Inc. is seeking a Zoho CRM Analyst to administer and optimize the Zoho CRM ecosystem, ensuring clean data, efficient workflows, and actionable insights.

You will bridge business needs with the platform, configuring modules, automations, dashboards, and reports while safeguarding data quality. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, building scalable dashboards and automations, and training end users on best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Zoho CRM and configuring modules, automations, dashboards, and reports.
• Understanding of end-to-end sales/marketing processes and CRM data models.
• Ability to train end users and translate business needs into CRM solutions.
• Desirable: Zoho certifications; English proficiency; experience in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the CRM platform—users, roles, profiles, layouts, modules, fields, and permissions.
• Design and maintain automations and integrations across Zoho suite to reduce manual work.
• Safeguard data quality and governance; define standards and perform deduplication.
• Build dashboards/reports in Zoho CRM/Analytics to track pipeline health and KPIs.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and train users on new features.
• Support data flows between Zoho CRM and marketing/telephony/ERP systems.
