Job summary

PayJoy, Inc. is seeking a Zoho CRM Analyst to administer and optimize our Zoho CRM ecosystem. You will configure modules, automations, dashboards, and reports to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with clean data and actionable insights.

You will bridge business needs with the platform, safeguarding data quality and driving scalable workflows across Zoho Suite while collaborating with IT and vendor teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering and configuring Zoho CRM.
• Familiarity with Zoho One suite (Analytics, Campaigns, Desk, Flow, Creator).
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills and API basics.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the CRM platform (users, roles, profiles, layouts, modules, fields, permissions).
• Design and maintain automations and integrations across Zoho suite to reduce manual work.
• Safeguard data quality and governance: data standards, deduplication, validation routines.
• Build dashboards and reports in Zoho CRM/Analytics for pipeline health, KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and train end users on new features.
• Support integrations and data flows between Zoho CRM and other tools, coordinate with IT.
