Job summary

CEMEX, Inc. is seeking a Workflows Analyst to automate service delivery by building digital workflows on the ServiceNow platform. You will design, test, and refine workflows to improve end-user experience and operational efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years working with multidisciplinary teams and hands-on experience with JavaScript, SQL, .NET, and CSS3, plus a preference for ServiceNow configuration know-how.

Qualifications

• Academic background in systems engineering or related field.
• Experience developing web-based solutions using JavaScript, SQL, .NET, CSS3.
• Experience configuring in ServiceNow instances desired.
• Any ServiceNow certification(s) desired.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test digital workflows to automate service delivery using ServiceNow.
• Provide technical support on operating services.
• Define user stories, generate documentation, and test service configurations.
• Ensure development standards and guidelines are followed.
• Understand ServiceNow functionalities and stay up to date with new features.
• Coordinate and manage deployments into production instances.
• Manage external team resources and learning of digitization requirements.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology to translate needs into automated workflows.
