Job summary

Information Technologies Consultant Home S.A. De C.V. seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer for Monterrey or CDMX, hybrid work style. The role focuses on designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications and workflows, with emphasis on scripting and integration across systems.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, write server-side and client-side scripts, and ensure code quality and documentation, following best practices across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies).
• Experience with REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, tables and relationships.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Required Experience in:

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. Write server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies. Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub, etc.). Develop custom applications, tables, forms, and workflows using ServiceNow Studio and App Engine. Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Troubleshoot and debug scripts and application issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, analysts, QA) to deliver scalable solutions. Follow best practices for code quality, version control, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of hands‑on development experience with the ServiceNow platform (as a developer, not as an end‑user/admin of ITSM processes). Strong knowledge of JavaScript and server‑side/client‑side scripting within ServiceNow (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies). Experience with Glide APIs and ServiceNow Studio. Experience building integrations (REST, SOAP, Web Services, Integration Hub, or similar). Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables, and relationships. English proficiency: B2 or higher (written and spoken) — required for daily communication with international teams.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience with any ServiceNow module (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, App Engine, etc.). ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or module‑specific implementation certifications). Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, or Performance Analytics. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Advanced English (written and spoken)
