Job summary

The role requires 3+ years working with multidisciplinary teams and hands-on experience with JavaScript, SQL, .NET, and CSS3, plus a preference for ServiceNow configuration know-how.

Qualifications

• Academic background in systems engineering or related field.
• Experience developing web-based solutions using JavaScript, SQL, .NET, CSS3.
• Experience configuring in ServiceNow instances desired.
• Any ServiceNow certification(s) desired.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test digital workflows to automate service delivery using ServiceNow.
• Provide technical support on operating services.
• Define user stories, generate documentation, and test service configurations.
• Ensure development standards and guidelines are followed.
• Understand ServiceNow functionalities and stay up to date with new features.
• Coordinate and manage deployments into production instances.

Job Description

The role of the Workflows Analyst is to automate service delivery by applying programming skills to build logical flows and smart forms to improve end user experience through digital workflows.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, build and test digital workflows to digitize and automate GES service delivery using ServiceNow automation platform


• Provide technical support on operating services


• Support the digitization process by defining user stories, generating technical documentation, and providing testing support and follow up of service configuration


• Ensure development standards and guidelines are followed


• Have a deep understanding in ServiceNow’s functionalities and modules and keep up to date in new released functionalities


• Ensure ServiceNow platform scalability and instance health


• Coordinate and manage the GES deployments into production instance


• Manage external team resources


• Learning and understanding of digitization requirements


• Act as a gap bridge between business stakeholders and technology to effectively communicate and understand needs that translate into automated workflow solutions


• Coordinate people of diverse functional disciplines, conduct process discussions, and generate consensus agreements


• Instill a continuous improvement mindset


• Challenge existing processes to drive optimization and standardization
