Job summary

Cemex is seeking a Workflows Analyst to automate service delivery by building digital workflows on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves designing, testing, and maintaining workflows to enhance end-user experience and streamline operations.

You will support service operations, define user stories, write technical docs, and ensure compliance with development standards while coordinating deployments and external teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related.
• 3+ years working with multidisciplinary teams.
• 1+ years in software programming roles.
• Experience with web technologies: JavaScript, SQL, .NET, CSS3.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow instances.
• ServiceNow certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and test digital workflows to automate GES service delivery using ServiceNow.
• Provide technical support on operating services.
• Define user stories, generate technical documentation, and provide testing support and follow up of service configuration.
• Ensure development standards and guidelines are followed.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow functionalities and modules; stay updated with new releases.
• Coordinate and manage GES deployments into production instance and external resources.
