Insulet is seeking an HR Services Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle from hire to retire. The role provides HR operations across talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, data management, payroll coordination, and offboarding, acting as a Workday subject matter expert.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for additional qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as Workday subject matter expert and provides HR operational support.
• Supports talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, data management, payroll coordination, and offboarding.
• Delivers best-in-class customer service to candidates, employees, managers, and HR partners.
• Manages employee data integrity and HRIS updates; handles change requests and reporting.
• Assists payroll team and coordinates with benefits; supports offboarding processes.
