Jobtailor in Mexico is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage Workday-based HR data administration and support Talent Acquisition functions across the employee lifecycle. You will act as a Workday subject matter expert, ensuring data integrity and smooth onboarding for new hires.

The role emphasizes strong customer service and teamwork, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, benefits administration, and collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize the candidate

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and administrative experience in recruiting, staffing or HR.
• 5 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
• 3 years of experience with Workday.
• Strong customer service and teamwork orientation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Smartsheet, ADP, ICIMS is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high quality centralized transactional actions supporting the entire life cycle of an employee from hire to retire.
• Refine and execute processes that will impact the employee experience.
• Drive a culture of process improvement with a tight focus on data integrity.
• Provide support to the team by coaching, troubleshooting issues, problem-solving, and conducting higher level research for inquiries prior to escalation.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday System.
• Provide timely assistance to applicants, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Provide quality customer service to the organization.
• Support Talent Acquisition team to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Provide onboarding and new hire support.
• Provide benefits administration support.
