Topbloc, Inc. is looking for a Workday Project Manager in Monterrey or Remote. The role involves managing multiple Workday HCM projects, ensuring compliance, and delivering excellent customer service.

Successful candidates will have Workday Project Management certification, fluency in English, and relevant experience. This position offers competitive benefits, including a comprehensive legal benefits package, vacation bonuses, and private medical insurance.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience managing Workday HCM implementations for medium or large enterprises.
• Experience as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company is preferred.
• B1/B2 travel visa is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple Medium Enterprise Workday projects.
• Work with consultants to ensure project staffing and delivery.
• Participate in the sales cycle and help with SOWs.
• Ensure compliance with client contracts.

Conocimientos

Workday Project Management certification

Fluent in English

Project management tools (Smartsheet)

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
