Mars is seeking a Workday Solutions Manager- Core HCM/Payroll/Benefits (f/m/x) to design, implement, and enhance Workday solutions that support our global HR processes and business objectives from our Querétaro hub.

In this role you will partner with HR teams, COEs, Integrations, Payroll and Benefits to translate challenges into scalable technology, drive process optimization, and lead configuration changes and best practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years working with Workday.
• Strong expertise in Workday Core HCM and HR technology solutions.
• Experience with HR systems, integrations, and process design.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English is required; Workday Certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement Workday Core HCM, Payroll, and Benefits solutions.
• Automate processes and improve efficiency across HR functions.
• Gather requirements and map them to system capabilities.
• Lead configuration changes and advise on best practices.
• Collaborate with Global Experience Owner, COEs, Integrations, Payroll & Benefits teams.
• Deliver project documentation and support configuration testing.
