Charger Logistics in Querétaro seeks a Workday Change Management Coordinator to lead the development and implementation of strategies that promote end-user adoption of Workday HCM & Finance. You will collaborate with HR and IT to ensure a smooth transition and user readiness.

Responsibilities include creating training materials, delivering sessions, and supporting go-live with labs and help desk support, while measuring adoption metrics and guiding stakeholders through the change process.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience with 1+ year in training/change management.
• Experience leading change management, communications, and training for Workday deployments.
• Experience with HR or financial cloud-based systems implementations, specifically Workday.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with employees and internal teams to understand process impacts caused by the transition to Workday.
• Lead development of communications and training materials to support a successful Workday transition for end-users.
• Collaborate with teams to identify process changes, educate end users on new roles and processes.
• Support HR in change management deliverables, readiness assessments, and adoption metrics.
• Design training materials including visual job aids, instructor-led sessions, and e-learning videos.
• Deliver instructor-led training sessions and support go-live via labs and help desk.

With the diverse fleet of equipment, we can handle a range of freight, including dedicated loads, specialized hauls, temperature-controlled goods and HAZMAT cargo. Charger logistics invests time and support into its employees to provide them with the room to learn and grow their expertise and work their way up. We are currently looking for a Workday Change Management Coordinator who will lead the development and implementation of strategies that promote end-user adoption of Workday HCM & Finance. This position is based out of our Queretaro's office.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with employees and with internal functional team members to understand process impacts caused by the transition to the Workday software.
• Lead hands-on development of communications and training materials that support a successful transition to Workday for key end-users.
• Collaborate with functional team members to assist in identifying process changes, learning future state processes and system functionality, and educating end users on their new roles and business processes.
• Work with the HR Team in the implementation of change management deliverables/activities for employees, including: readiness assessment, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, communications plan, training plan, education materials, and user adoption metrics.
• Develop and design employee-specific training materials, including: visual job aids, instructor-led training presentations, and e-learning videos.
• Deliver instructor-led training sessions to employees.
• Support end users upon go-live via support labs, help desk and updates to training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Human Resources, Financials, Organizational Design, Organizational Development, Change Management ; or equivalent experience 1+ years experience supporting the development of training or change management-related deliverables for organizations.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
• Experience leading change management, communications, and training efforts for one or more Workday deployments.
• Experience with Human Resource or Financial cloud-based system implementations, specifically Workday.
• Experience with training development of visual job aids, instructor-led trainings and training delivery.
