Jabil in Chihuahua, MX is seeking a Senior Workcell Leader to drive continuous improvement and profitability within the unit. You will lead cross-functional teams on the floor, align operations with customer expectations, and mentor staff to deliver excellence to internal and external customers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least five years of experience, including supervisory responsibilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; five years experience, including one year in a supervisory role, or equivalent.
• Advanced PC skills, including knowledge of Jabil software packages.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities with a customer focus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive continuous improvement in key operational metrics and profitability.
• Lead Workcell teams and coordinate large teams during crises.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff; coach daily for excellence.
• Communicate resource needs to Functional Managers for alignment.
• Ensure safety, procedures, and adherence to quality standards.
