The candidate will plan and control production schedules, manage budgets, and develop development programs for Quality Assurance personnel, while upholding company policies and procedures.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations.
• Ability to devise and implement strategy to meet targets.
• Proficient in financial analytics and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and motivation to cell team members to achieve goals.
• Ensure team follows manufacturing specifications and production programs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and defects.
• Plan workcell activities to meet production programs at optimal cost.
• Control costs affecting the workcell and ensure ISO/QS/DRP alignment.
• Develop budgets and participate in performance management of personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in development of the workcell budget and staffing.
