Jabil in Chihuahua, Mexico seeks a Senior Business Unit Manager to lead operational and financial performance for a customer account. You will manage a workcell, drive revenue growth, and oversee RFPs and QBRs with internal teams and external customers.

You will collaborate across manufacturing, supply chain and finance to deliver strategic objectives, optimize profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction with a strong emphasis on leadership and cross-functional execution.

Formación

• Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities.
• Strong financial & analytical skills (balance sheet, income statements).
• Solid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain & logistics operations.
• Experience with Jabil tools and financial systems.
• Contract knowledge fundamentals and leadership capability.
• Strong customer service orientation with global/cross-functional insight.
• Knowledge of international direct/indirect taxes and global customs regimes.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements programs, projects or processes for assigned customer accounts.
• Establishes and manages customer relationships to grow revenue.
• Lead workcell with accountability for operational and financial performance.
• Oversee RFP processes and quarterly business reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement in customer relationship metrics and satisfaction.
• Execute contract terms and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and develop direct reports; influence across the organization.
