Job summary

PPG Industries is seeking a Warehouse Management Systems specialist to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support WMS implementations using Manhattan SCALE. The role partners with business and IT to drive efficiency and improvements across inbound/outbound logistics.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of WMS experience, deep knowledge of warehouse operations, and advanced English. This hybrid role blends on-site collaboration with remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems required.
• 5+ years of experience with WMS Manhattan Scale in a functional/support or process-improvement role.
• Experience with Manhattan SCALE WMS.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, inbound and outbound logistics processes.
• Advanced English required.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for warehouse management processes and systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency with business and IT partners.
• Support the design, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of WMS solutions.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to recommend improvements that support goals.
• Participate in project activities including requirements, testing, issue resolution, and implementation support.
