Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking a senior IT professional with deep experience in Manhattan Scale/Active to own requirements, lead integrations, and ensure robust flow testing across supply chain platforms.

You will bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, guide testing efforts, and contribute to scalable WMS configurations while supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise applications experience.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong WMS configuration, SQL, and integration standards.
• Proven end-to-end testing, and agile delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate needs into epics and user stories for dev teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces for ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end tests for complex edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.
