Iron Mountain is seeking a senior IT enterprise application expert to own backlog, requirements, and technical specifications for Manhattan Scale/Active deployments in Mexico. You will lead integrations with ERP/TMS, design end-to-end testing, and serve as the subject matter expert on WMS configurations.

Ideal candidates hold a CS/IT/SCM degree (CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred) and bring 10+ years in enterprise apps, with 6–8 years on Manhattan platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).

Responsabilités

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
