Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems.
• 5+ years of experience with Manhattan SCALE WMS in functional support or process improvement.
• Experience with Manhattan SCALE WMS.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, inbound and outbound logistics.
• Advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements related to warehouse management processes and system capabilities.
• Work with business and IT partners to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Support the design, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of WMS solutions.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to recommend improvements that support our goals.
• Participate in project activities, including requirements definition, testing, issue resolution, and implementation support.
