Job summary

Gamma Recruitment in Cuautitlán de Romero Rubio, State of Mexico, Mexico, is seeking an on-site WMS support specialist who will also provide remote assistance to users across the United States and Canada. The role combines infrastructure support with WMS deployments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in WMS, strong English, and experience in QA/UAT, user training, and go-live support within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, systems engineering, logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience with system implementations, QA/UAT testing, user training, and go-live support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Advanced English is required for this position (mandatory, non-negotiable).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary WMS Super User during system implementations and warehouse deployments.
• Coordinate and participate in QA, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Train end users and develop operational documentation and work instructions.
• Support warehouse teams by troubleshooting system issues and ensuring successful user adoption.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, and project teams to continuously improve warehouse processes and system performance.

This role will provide on-site support at our CPA Distribution Center in Cuautitlán, while also delivering remote support to users across the United States and Canada. The ideal candidate combines strong infrastructure support skills with experience in WMS implementations, user training, and operational support in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Candidate Profile
