The role requires expertise in LAN/WAN, VPN, security technologies, and certifications such as CCIE or CISSP.

Formación

• Field sales experience with a technology focus.
• Strong pre-sales experience as a sales or systems engineer.
• Hands-on LAN/WAN/Internet administration knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-sales support to qualify sales leads from a technical standpoint.
• Lead technical discussions on sales calls, explaining features and integration.
• Post-sales liaison as technical contact for accounts with engineering and support teams.
