Fortinet in Mexico City is seeking a senior network security professional to analyze and optimize customer configurations and networks. You will collect and interpret packet traces, recommend actions, and deliver knowledge transfer through webinars or workshops.

Responsibilities include upgrades testing in lab environments, developing best practice documentation, and providing proactive support to LATAM customers. Strong English and travel willingness are required.

Formación

• Minimum five years of relevant professional experience in networking.
• Strong network security and routing knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/CCIE or CISSP are a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Scripting and Windows Server application experience.
• Willing to travel as required.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, analyze and propose changes to configuration information.
• Analyze customer network information and packet traces.
• Recommend actions based on analysis results.
• Educate customers and deliver knowledge transfer (webinars/workshops).
• Suggest software recommendations and conduct bug scrubs.
• Test upgrades in a lab and report findings.
• Develop deployment and troubleshooting best practices.
• Follow up on technical cases and manage expectations to closure.
• Lead weekly status calls with customers on open issues and projects.
• Prepare quarterly reports for managed accounts.
• Provide direct technical support to LATAM customers via email/phone.
• Analyze support requests and documentation needs; exercise independent judgment.
