Hilton in Tulum is seeking a Wedding Coordinator to deliver memorable events for our guests. You will support catering sales, coordinate event details, and ensure flawless execution from contract to delivery.

You'll partner with internal teams to manage BEOs, site tours, and client communications, creating exceptional hospitality moments that reflect Hilton's standards and warmth for every stay.

Responsabilidades

• Support catering sales: Solicit, secure, coordinate and respond to customer inquiries regarding the purchase of food and beverage, rental of event facilities and purchase of ancillary services from the hotel for groups of 50 or fewer guests with 10 or fewer guest room nights
• Deliver exceptional client service: Host and entertain clients, conduct site tours, draft contracts, and promote the hotel's facilities and services to drive bookings
• Coordinate event execution: Communicate event details and provide clear direction to internal teams to ensure flawless delivery of catering events
• Manage event documentation: Generate contracts and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and support the daily distribution of BEOs, change logs, and reader boards
• Maintain marketing collateral: Collaborate with administrative staff to organize files and ensure event marketing materials are properly stocked
• Delight our guests: Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner to ensure a positive experience
