A leading tech consultancy is seeking a Web Conference Support Engineer in Santiago de Querétaro. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and proficiency in managing Microsoft Teams Rooms and troubleshooting related issues. Candidates should be able to work in a hybrid model and possess strong communication skills in conversational English. Responsibilities include daily operations of Teams Rooms, incident resolution via ServiceNow, and monitoring device health and alerts.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to work in a hybrid mode from various locations.
• Familiarity with managing app and firmware updates.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily operations and monitoring of Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues effectively.
• Resolve incidents through ServiceNow and document resolutions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience
• Conversational English
• Availability to work from CDMX, MTY, QRO or GDL (hybrid mood)
• Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) daily operations and monitoring
• Troubleshooting Teams Rooms hardware/software/network issues
• ServiceNow (SNOW) incident resolution and documentation
• Microsoft Teams Admin Center (TAC)
• Push configuration profiles
• Manage app/firmware updates
• Monitor alerts and health devices
• Telemetry, automated updates
• Room analytics
• Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
• OEM platform exposure: Logitech Sync, Poly Lens, Crestron, Yealink, Lenovo
• Exchange Online Admin Center (room calendars, scheduling permissions, booking policies)
