Tata Consultancy Services seeks a Microsoft 365 SME to lead administration, optimization, security, and adoption of Microsoft 365 services across the enterprise. You will collaborate with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.

The candidate should be located in or willing to relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, and attend the office at least three days per week.

Formación

• Microsoft 365 certifications required (Messaging Administrator Associate).
• ITIL Foundation Certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant services and configurations.
• Ensure availability, performance, security, and operational excellence of Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Manage Microsoft 365 licensing, subscriptions, and service provisioning.
• Lead Microsoft 365 platform upgrades, enhancements, and transformation initiatives.
• Monitor service health and proactively address risks and issues.
• Admin Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Implement identity and access management with SSO, Hybrid Identity, CA, and MFA.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell and improve provisioning, reporting, and processes.
• Provide documentation, SOPs, and runbooks; engage with stakeholders.

TCS is seeking Microsoft 365 SME to lead the administration, optimization, security, and adoption of Microsoft 365 services across the enterprise.

The Microsoft 365 SME candidate will collaborate with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Entra ID.

(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week).

Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft 365 Administration

• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 tenant services and configurations.
• Ensure availability, performance, security, and operational excellence of Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Manage Microsoft 365 licensing, subscriptions, and service provisioning.
• Lead Microsoft 365 platform upgrades, enhancements, and transformation initiatives.
• Monitor service health and proactively address risks and issues.

Exchange Online Administration

• Administer Exchange Online and hybrid messaging environments.
• Manage mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and resource mailboxes.
• Configure and troubleshoot mail flow, connectors, transport rules, and retention policies.
• Support email migration, archiving, and compliance requirements.
• Resolve complex mail delivery and Outlook-related issues.

Microsoft Teams Administration

• Configure and manage Teams policies, governance, voice, and collaboration settings.
• Support Teams meetings, webinars, calling plans, and Teams Rooms solutions.
• Troubleshoot Teams client, voice, video, and collaboration issues.
• Define Teams’ governance and adoption of the best practices.

SharePoint Online & OneDrive

• Administer SharePoint Online and OneDrive environments.
• Manage site collections, permissions, storage, governance, and sharing policies.
• Support migration and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure secure document management and collaboration capabilities.
• Troubleshot SharePoint and OneDrive performance and access-related issues.

Identity & Access Management

• Manage user lifecycle, group management, role assignments, and access governance.
• Configure Single Sign-On (SSO), Hybrid Identity, Conditional Access, and MFA.
• Support identity security and Zero Trust initiatives.
• Implement role-based access controls and least privileged principles.

Automation & Process Improvement

• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks.
• Automate user provisioning, reporting, licensing, and operational processes.
• Identify opportunities for service optimization and automation.
• Create monitoring and reporting solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Incident & Problem Management

• Act as L3 escalation point for Microsoft 365-related incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Support change management and platform governance activities.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational KPIs.

Documentation & Stakeholder Engagement

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to support teams.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand and deliver collaboration requirements.
