Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to join our Mexico operations. The role focuses on supporting Windows 11 and iOS environments, Microsoft 365, and endpoint security with Defender, AD/Entra ID, Intune, and ITSM tooling.

Candidates must be willing to relocate or be located in Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara, or Monterrey and attend the office at least 3 days per week. We value strong troubleshooting, documentation, and ITIL familiarity in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

Formación

• Strong experience supporting Windows 11 and iOS environments, hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 suite.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Group Policies, Microsoft Intune
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
• Familiarity with endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender.
• Familiarity with ITIL fundamentals

Job summary:

Technical Skills

• Strong experience supporting Windows 11 and iOS environments, hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 suite.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Group Policies, Microsoft Intune
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
• Familiarity with endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender.
