Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in Quality, Production or Engineering in the automotive supplier sector.
• Basic knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan, SPC and Internal Audits.
• Experience applying 8D methodology.
• Experience managing databases and identifying problems/trends with Pareto diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze external behavior of Clarion products with involved departments to find root causes and plan actions.
• Validate warranty analysis reports and follow up on customer complaints using 8D methodology.
• Provide feedback and coordinate action plans to eliminate root causes and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in validating countermeasures in Production areas and ensure batch cleanliness with corrective action.
• Attend training to reinforce knowledge and skills and update management system procedures.
• Supervise 5S in the workplace to maintain order and cleanliness.
• Update manuals, forms and procedures of the Integrated Management System when required.
• Coordinate work of Warranty and Service Technicians.
