Essential duties and responsibilities

• Inventory management: Maintain an accurate inventory of all tools, supplies, and materials, performing regular cycle counts and reconciling inventory records.
• Receiving and shipping: Receive deliveries and verify the contents against purchase orders to ensure all goods are correct and undamaged. Prepare and stage materials for distribution to community projects or maintenance staff.
• Storage and organization: Organize and store all items in the warehouse in a logical, accessible, and safe manner.
• Record keeping: Keep detailed logs of all incoming and outgoing items.
• Safety and cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
• Equipment maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance checks on all assigned material-handling equipment, reporting any necessary repairs to a supervisor.
• Team collaboration: Communicate and cooperate with the team members.
