Grupo TECMA is seeking a results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate teams and optimize warehouse operations in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. The role requires leadership, ERP experience, and advanced English abilities to manage material handling, receiving, shipping, and forecasting tasks.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of supervisory experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in warehouse supervision and management.
• Advanced experience managing operational personnel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (advanced Excel is a plus).
• Proven experience with ERP systems.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum 90%, both written and spoken).
• Experience in material management, receiving, shipping and logistics operations.
• Experience in inventory management.
• Experience in demand planning and forecasting.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Availability to work any of the following shifts:

• Shift A: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Shift B: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Shift C: Thursday through Sunday and Friday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
